1. Location Surcharge:

For weddings taking place in London, a £100 surcharge will apply to cover additional expenses incurred, including Uber charges and extended travel time. This surcharge is necessary to ensure our prompt and efficient service in navigating the city’s congested streets and adhering to strict time schedules.

For weddings in other locations, resonated travel expenses may be added depending on the distance. These expenses are calculated to fairly reflect the time and resources required to travel to.

2. Parking:

Parking will be required at the wedding venue. If parking is unavailable, additional parking fees may apply and will be added to the final balance.

3. Booking Fee:

A non-refundable booking fee of £150 is required to secure your wedding date. Your booking is not considered secure until the booking fee has been paid. The booking fee will be deducted from the final balance.

4. Final Payment:

Final payment is due within 7 days before your wedding date. 

5. Booking Confirmation:

Dates are booked on a first-come, first-served basis and cannot be held without the booking fee. Dates will be open to other bookings until secured. 

6. Agreement to Terms:

By paying the booking fee, you agree to be bound by Svitlana Mutsa Hair Business’s terms and conditions. 

7. Cancellation Policy:

The booking fee is non-refundable. Cancellations made within 1 month of the event will require full payment to be paid. 

8. Trial Appointments:

All trial appointments take place Monday to Friday only at Svitlana’s home studio located at TW12.

9. Rescheduling:

Any requests to reschedule the wedding date must be made in writing and are subject to availability. Additional fees may apply for rescheduled dates. 

10. Force Majeure:

In the event of unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters, pandemics, or other force majeure events, Svitlana Mutsa Hair Business reserves the right to cancel or reschedule appointments without liability. In such cases, the full deposit will be refunded to the client.

11. Liability:

Svitlana Mutsa Hair Business is not liable for any damages or injuries incurred during hair services.
